PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten productivity by improving the structure of a grating formed to be antislipping, using inorganic grains or organic grains. SOLUTION: A plurality of bearing bars 4 arranged parallel, and a plurality of twisted bars or cross bars 5 similar to them are put together to form a grating body 2, and a metal plate 3 such as a punching metal is stuck to the surface of the grating body 2. Circular or noncircular permeating holes of size and shape not catching the heels of shoes are bored in the metal plate 3, and paint containing inorganic or organic grains is stuck to the surface of the metal plate 3 to form a paint film 9. These grains therefore heighten surface frictional resistance of the grating 1.
