PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide RHK having a position judgment device for a material to be heated high in stability and easy in repairing and adjustment. SOLUTION: RHK is provided with a detection roller 30s which is rotationally supported about an axial center with one end positioned outside a kiln body 14 in a prescribed position of a plurality of rollers 30 and driven and rotated by the fractional force with carried base board 10, a sensor sleeve 78 and a sensor 82 which are functioned as rotation detectors for detecting the rotation of one end of the detection roller 30s outside the kiln body 14, and a controller 84 which judges the board 10 as reaching the detection position based on the detected rotation. The detection roller 30s provided between a plurality of the rollers 30 for carrying the board 10 is driven and rotated by the frictional force generated by brought in contact with the board 10 so that the position of the board 10 can be judged by detecting the rotation one end of the detection roller 30s positioned outside the kiln body 14 by the sensor 82.
