PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator being used without limiting the kind of heating member while eliminating the process for inserting a heater cable. SOLUTION: A floor heating system comprising a panel-like heat insulating member arranged substantially entirely under the floor, and a heating member arranged above the heat insulating member is provided with a heating side touching part 21 which can touch the heating member, a heat insulating side touching part 23 which can touch the heat insulating member, and a hollow section 5 defined between the heating side touching part 21 and the heat insulating side touching part 23 wherein sand, sand containing matter, or the like, is encapsulated in the hollow section 5. |
