PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kind of assembling and removing of a spring, to avoid falling of the spring in assembling and to smooth an assembling work by setting a spring bracket and a return spring to different shapes. SOLUTION: A relation between each dimension of a bracket side hook 46 of a return spring 42 and each dimension of an engaging part 64 of a spring bracket 54 is set to S2<X<S3, T2<Y<S3, T1<S4<S1, T1<S6<S1. Before the bracket 54 is mounted on a bracket boss part in assembling the spring 42, the hook 46 is inserted into an engagement oblong hole 68 of the bracket 54 from obliquely lower side by utilizing a set dimension, the spring 42 is rotated in each direction and the hook 46 is engaged with the engaging part 64 of the bracket 54. Subsequently, the bracket 54 is fixed to the bracket boss part with a bolt and a fork side hook 48 of the spring 42 is engaged with a fork side engaging part. As a result, a kind of mounting and removing of the spring 42 is provided and the spring 42 is made difficult to be removed.
