PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reuse wood shavings generated in machining of wooden material by filling a gas-permeable housing body with multiple fine chips of moisture-absorbing wood, with multiple fine chips of insect-repellent wood, or with both of them. SOLUTION: In an example of a moisture-proof and insect-repellent object formed into a clothes hanger shape hung from a hanging bar of a closet, a hanging base body 1 is formed by bending a metal round rod body into a hanger shape, and a hooking part 1a to a hanging bar in a closet is arranged in the hanging base body 1, while an upper end part of a housing body 2 is fastened and fixed in the lower end part of the hanging base body 1 by means of a fastening tool 3. In the housing body 2 made of gas-permeable material, two chamber forming sewing parts 20 are arranged in the middle in the vertical direction, and by means of the sewing parts 20, three fine chip housing chambers 2a-2c are formed. For example, the fine chip housing chambers 2a, 2c are filled with moisture-absorbing wood material (paulownia fine chips), while the fine chip housing chamber 2b is filled with insect-repellent wood material (camphor fine chips).
