PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce connecting places of constituting members by adhering reinforcing materials to the outer surfaces of the respective constituting members so as to assemble a bottom plate and a curtain plate by screwing to the reinforcing materials. SOLUTION: The periphery of a back side plate 4 forming a rectangle is properly cut off, an opening 21 is punched, the periphery of the back side plate 4 is fold-bent and after then, the whole of them is fold-bent in a U-shape to integrally form the back plate 2 and both side plate 3. Then, the reinforcing materials 10 are adhered to the back plate 2 of the back side plate 4, the peripheries of the both side plates 3, the periphery of the opening 21, etc., with a hot melt adhesive. In addition, concerning a bottom plate 5, the reinforcing material 10 is adhered to the side of a fold-bent edge obtained by fold-bending the side edges of three sides excepting for a front surface side with the hot melt adhesive. In addition, a curtain plate 8 is obtained by connecting an auxiliary curtain plate 6 and a front curtain plate 7, the reinforcing material 10 is adhered to it with the hot melt adhesive and at the time of assembling the plate 8 and the bottom plate 5, the reinforcing material 10 is screwed.
