PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce bread by adding additives, water or the like to rice gruel of glutinous rice and flour as raw materials. SOLUTION: This bread is produced by employing the following ingredients and by low temperature ripening for a long time: (A) 100.0 pts.wt. extra-strength flour; (B) 0.2 pts.wt. BBJ; (C) 0.2 pts.wt. malt; (D) 4.0 pts.wt. very-refined sugar; (E) 2.5 pts.wt. salt; (F) 10.0 pts.wt. PUROPESUTO 500 (concentrated milk); (G) 50.0 pts.wt. water; (H) 40.0 pts.wt. rice gruel of glutinous rice (liquid).
