PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary blade for mower capable of easily and securely cutting thick and lignified hard weeds in mid summer not only young weeds in spring. SOLUTION: The rotary blade for installing on a mower gear case is including upper disk 1, lower disk and at least three guide pins 3 equally placed along the periphery of the upper disk 1, lower disk to connect the upper disk 1 and the lower disk, and plastic cutting means 4, the cutting mean 4 is disc-like and has blade on the periphery, rotatably installed using the guide pin 3 as the axle.
