PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent seizure of an engine by detecting operation abnormality of a distribution control valve, emitting an alarm signal when the distribution control valve is fixed in closing, cutting fuel supply, opening oil passage for bypassing the distribution control valve, and thereby securing lubrication oil supply to the required position. SOLUTION: A distribution control valve 70 is arranged on a branch portion for controlling distribution of oil to a lubricating oil passage 54 and a hydraulic driving oil passage 66. Operation abnormality sensing means 202, 301 are arranged for sensing operation abnormality of the distribution control valve 70. It is thus possible to detect operation abnormality of the distribution valve 70 and cope with it. Seizure of an engine can thus be prevented by securing oil supply to lubrication requiring positions 62, 64.
