PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic open-close device for fittings being easily applied to a 'fusuma', a sliding door, etc., at a low cost. SOLUTION: When fittings 11 are fitted into the groove 2 of a head jamb 1, a moving-piece unit 3 is placed between permanent magnets 14, 14 oppositely faced in a stator case 12 disposed at the upper end of the fittings 11. The direction of electric conduction through each coil 4 of the moving-piece unit 3 is changed over timely on the basis of the relative places of the coils 4 and the permanent magnets 14 detected by magnetic sensors 5 by a controller 6, and force in the fixed direction is worked between the moving-piece unit 3 and a stator 15 by giving the iron cores of each coil 4 the polarity of attraction and repulsion to the polarity of the permanent magnets 14. Since the moving- piece unit 3 is fastened into the groove 2 of the head jamb 1 and the stator 15 is disposed onto the upper end face of the fittings 11, the fittings 11 are opened and closed. The stator 15 and the fittings 11 are contacted and separated freely, and the fittings 11 can be removed and fitted easily. Shapes in the plan views of the head jamb 1 and the fittings 11 can also be formed in an arcuate form. |
