PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat, which can be easily assembled even in the case of mounting a cushion member or the like on an assembly member to make assembly work difficult, and production thereof. SOLUTION: In this reclining type seat having a U-shaped back frame for supporting a backrest part and an attaching frame for supporting a seat part, link parts 2 (2' and 2") are provided at both the terminal parts of the back frame, attaching parts linked with both the link parts 2 so as to be freely rotated are respectively provided on the attaching frame, a rotary member 20 for maintaining the angle of the backrest part and seat part as prescribed is attached to at least one of attaching parts, the attaching parts and link parts 2 are linked through this rotary member 20, and the angle f the backrest part and seat part can be adjusted. The rotary member 20 has a shape matched with a surrounding edge 21' of the link parts 2 and further has a temporary stop part having a projection. The surrounding edge 21' of the link parts 2 is provided with a receiving parts for receiving the projection. When linking the link parts 2 of the back frame to the attaching parts of the attaching frame, the link parts can be temporarily stopped by putting the projection 21' into the receiving part. |
