PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable releasing of fastening to be hardly carried out. SOLUTION: This fastening structure comprises at least one recessed engaging portion 2 formed on a thread hole 1A of a nut 1 and a wedge member 3 imbedded in the recessed engaging portion 2. A depth of the recessed engaging portion 2 is continuously shallowly formed toward a fastening direction of the nut 1. Thereby, when a rotating force of a reverse direction relative to the fastening direction is functioned to the nut 1, the wedge member 3 is bitten to the bolt 1 by a wedge effect to inhibit a loosening of the nut 1.
