PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a (pressure sensitive) adhesive tape retaining the curing property and adhesion of a silicon-based release agent without adding an adherence-improving agent and a catalyst to the silicon-based release agent too much in relation to a (pressure sensitive) adhesive tape where detaching noise in rewinding a tape is reduced. SOLUTION: This (pressure sensitive) adhesive tape is constituted in such a way that a rubber-based pressure sensitive adhesive layer, a synthetic resin film as a substrate material and a release agent layer are laminated in this order. A composition comprising 100 pts.wt. silicon-based release agent, 0.05-0.2 pts.wt. silane coupling agent and 1.4-2.2 pts.wt. catalyst is employed as the release agent layer. The weight ratio of the silane coupling agent to the catalyst is (1:5)-(1:20).
