PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic which improves the greasy touch peculiar to oily raw materials and is excellent in the conditioning effect, e.g. application feeling such as good spread, agreeableness, smoothness or the like as for skin, giving smoothness and pliability, fine combability or the like to hair. SOLUTION: This cosmetic composition is obtained by including an N-long chain acyl neutral amino acid ester (component A) in which a straight or branched chain of saturated or unsaturated acyl group has a carbon atom number of 6-22 and hydrocarbon group constructing its alcohol part is a straight or branched chain of saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group with a carbon atom number of 1-10 or/and an N-long chain acyl acidic amino acid diester (component B) in which a straight or branched chain of saturated or unsaturated acyl group has a carbon atom number of 6-22 and hydrocarbon group constructing its alcohol part is a straight or branched chain of saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group with a carbon atom numbers of 1-10, and a cosmetic oily raw material (component C) as active ingredients.
