PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rewinding device for wire coil capable of reducing installation and maintenance costs and a space, giving a reverse tensile force to a wire material to give a required bending diameter, and winding it into a shape of coil. SOLUTION: This device 1 includes a correction roll A which removes bending and deformation of a wire material W in a shape of coil C supported on a support body 2 by winding it back and a bending diameter providing part 40 consisting of one large-diameter roll 42 and a pair of small-diameter rolls 50 adjacent to it for the wire material W which is corrected. The correction roll 4 has a plurality of grooved rolls 11, 12, 21, 22 in which peripheral fringes are alternately arranged across an interval and is divided into a plurality of grooved roll sets 10, 20 in which directions of rotary shafts of each roll differ from each other. Moreover, it includes a contact and leave mechanism 53 in which a pair of small-diameter rolls 50 are brought into contact with and leave a peripheral fringe of the large-diameter roll 42. A reverse tensile force is given to the wire material W between the correction roll 4 and the bending diameter providing part 40, and a required bending diameter is given to the wire material W after its correction by the latter.
