PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volatilization tool which is easy to hand and facilitates after-treatment for an aromatic after volatilization. SOLUTION: A container which is capable of storing granulated aromatic reduced in particle diameter with volatilization of aromatic component and radiating the aromatic component to the outside is provided with a freely openable and closable throw-in port from which granulated aromatic can be thrown in. The interior of the container is partitioned by a partition member 3, and the partition member is provided with plural holes or slits 9 for passing or transferring the granulated aromatic reduced by volatilization of the aromatic component from a section 4 where the granulated aromatic is thrown in and stored to another section, and a discharge port for discharging the transferred granulated aromatic is provided on the side of another section. As the granulated aromatic, preferably aromatic component is contained in hydrate cellulose beads.
