PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an absorbable article exchangeable only by exchanging an absorbable main body and to prevent the leakage by forming a waist band in the form of a ring surrounding the whole periphery of the waist of a wearing person and joining the absorbable main body to this with an attachable/ detachable joining means. SOLUTION: The waist band 3 is formed in the form of a ring surrounding the whole periphery of the waist of the wearing person. A hook material is arranged at least one part of part corresponding to the surrounding of the waist of both end parts of the longitudinal direction of the back sheet of the absorbable main body 2. A hook material to be engaged with the hook material of the main body 2 is arranged inside of the band 3. Thus, the main body 2 can be attached and detached to and from the band 3. Since a ring-formed waist band 3 arranged surrounding the periphery of the waist holds an absorbable article 1, the fitting property is improved and the leakage can be prevented.
