PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decontaminator which can adsorb toxic materials, or the like adhered on working clothes, or the like, by patting and converting the toxic materials into innoxious materials by a catalytic mechanism. SOLUTION: Hardly water permeable cloth 2 which is powder-permeable but hardly water-permeable or water-repellent is put on one side face of water- and powder-impermeable cloth 1, a powdery decontaminating material 4 is sealed in between the cloths, and a powder and water impermeable and cuttable protecting sheet 5 is covered on the outside face of the hardly water permeable cloth 2 or not covered to form this decontaminator.
