PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the damage given on chip parts and to efficiently align the chip parts. SOLUTION: A bulk case 4 is installed on the top part of an outer storage chamber 2 for storing a lot of chip parts C so that a prescribed number of the parts C are supplied from the outer storage chamber 2 to an inside chamber 21 of a part storage chamber 20 via a supply passage 6. The parts C in the inside chamber 21 is scooped up by a pocket 13 with rotation of a rotating drum and enters in the outside chamber 22 from a receiver port 23 via an introducing passage 24. The parts are fallen in an alignment groove 30 so as to align and discharged with their aligned into a line via a discharge passage 33. This constitution allows only a few parts C to enter in the outside chamber 22 so as to improve alignment efficiency and reduce the damage given on the parts C. |
