PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a naturally occurring blood pressure modifier having high safety. SOLUTION: This blood pressure modifier comprises γ- glutamylmethylamide(GMA) as, a natural component contained in green tea, or the like, as an active ingredient. GMA prepared from green tea, or the like, GMA prepared by various fermentation methods using a microorganism itself or an enzyme derived from a microorganism or chemically synthesized GMA can be used as GMA in this invention. |
