PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate adjustment of an optical axis by installing two movable mirrors for adjusting an optical axis on one end of an arm, and to prevent flash by removing processed chips immediately after processing. SOLUTION: A laser light ejected from a laser oscillator 4 is reflected by a reflection mirror 19 parallely to a rail 11. The reflected laser light is reflected by a movable mirror A20 to be incident on a movable mirror B21, and the laser light reflected by the movable mirror B21 is reflected by a stationary mirror in a head part 13. By such adjustment and fixing, the laser light can be incident on the center of the stationary mirror even when the head part 13 is at any position. When a stamp is put on a table 3 and a cover 2 is shut for commanding the start of engraving, the power is supplied to the laser oscillator 4, a dust collecter 5, a deodorant machine 6, an absorber 7 and the like and the stamp is absorbed from below and fixed on the table 3. An absorbing hose 18 is arranged to the head part 13, so that the chips burned by the laser light are promptly absorbed and prevented from the blow off.
