<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lining material showing good workability without requiring pressurizing in application and having excellent durability at a low cost by adding incineration ash of sludge produced by sewage treatment to a corrosion resistant resin component to prepare the lining material. SOLUTION: A corrosion resistant resin component preferably consisting of an epoxy resin (e.g. a bisphenol-A epoxy resin) and a hardening agent (e.g. a modified aliphatic polyamine added with a polyamide amine) is mixed with an incineration ash of a sludge produced in sewage treatment as a filler, preferably in the weight ratio of the corrosion resistant resin component to the filler of 4:6 to 7:3, and more preferably 6:4. If necessary, an aerosol is added by 2 to 5 wt.% so as to give viscosity, to prevent dropping and to improve workability with a trowel, and a nonreactive diluent (e.g. benzyalcohol) is added by 3 to 10 wt.% to give proper viscosity and fluidity for spray coating, and prearlite is added by 5 to 20 wt.% to give a bulking effect.</p> |
