PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash raw leaves of tea efficiently in an apparatus for washing fresh tea leaves stirred by bubbles, and facilitate the maintenance and cleaning thereof. SOLUTION: This apparatus for washing fresh tea leaves has a water bath 1 for washing, having a water-supplying means and an air-spouting means 8, and stirring the charged fresh tea leaves with bubbles to wash the leaves. The water bath 1 for washing has a defoaming means of the bubbles. By the apparatus, the tea leaves are efficiently washed.
