PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminate comprising a laminating film having excellent low-temperature heat sealability, heat sealing strength, and hot tack and improved processability by molding a resin composition having specified properties into a film and laminating this film with a base material. SOLUTION: This laminate is obtained by molding a resin composition, which has the following five properties: its MFR is 5-25 g/10 min; its density is 0.87-0.932 g/cm3; its ME (3 g) is 1.2-2.3; its MT is 1.0 g or above; and the relationship: ME>=[0.2×MT+1], into a film and laminating this film with a base material. The resin composition is exemplified by a composition comprising 50-99 wt.% ethylene/α-olefin copolymer produced by using a metallocene catalyst and 1-50 wt.% high-pressure process low-density polyethylene. The base material is exemplified by paper, an aluminum foil, cellophane, a woven fabric, a nonwoven fabric, or a film molded from a high-molecular polymer.
