PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve response of a vehicle when it is accelerating in a straight line at a cornering exit. SOLUTION: A rear differential gear which distributes and outputs an input torque of an engine to right and left rear wheels 13R, 13L via a differential mechanism 8, and consisted of multiple disk clutches 17R, 17L and speed change mechanisms 19R, 19L, respectively. The rear differential gear is also equipped with first and second torque transmission mechanisms 15R, 15L which are arranged parallel to the differential mechanism 8 and transmit the input torque to both rear wheels 13R, 13L, a hydraulic unit 21, and a control unit 33 which controls the distributing and outputting to the right and left wheels 13R, 13L according to sensor information. The control unit 33 calculates a standard steering angle from steering wheel angle information and a wheel speed, and also compensates it according to an accelerator opening, and thereafter controls a torque distribution between the rear wheels 13R, 13L via the hydraulic unit 21 according to a real steering angle.
