PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appearance quality through improvement of smoothness as the increase of a manufacturing cost is suppressed by a method wherein the increase of the number of parts is suppressed and besides workability is improved. SOLUTION: A vertical wall mounting part 11 pivotally mounted on a vertical wall part 3a through a T-stud 4 is arranged at a clip body 9. A curved contact part 13 to bring one contact point 13a into contact with a bottom part 3a through rotation of the clip body 9 occasioned by displacement in a position of the T-stud 4 is formed at the vertical wall mounting part 11. Further, a lock flange part 14 to lock a molding 2 approximately at the same distance in a vertical direction from a spot, where the one contact point 13a of the curved contact part 13 makes contact, to a bottom part 3c is formed integrally with the clip body 8.
