PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flameproof shutter, wherein a ventilating layer can be securely opened at a normal time and the ventilating layer is securely shut when a fire is occurred. SOLUTION: A flameproof shutter 1 is installed in a ventilating layer A of a building. The flameproof shutter is a flat band shape having a sectional structure, wherein an expandable fire-resistant resin composition 2 which is expanded by heating is covered with a metallic foil 3. It is fixed in a crosswise direction of the ventilating layer A, thereby the ventilating layer A is opened in a normal temperature condition and the ventilating layer A is shut in a high temperature condition by the flameproof shutter expanding in a pillar shape.
