PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately position the circumferential direction angular positions of a positioning member and a chip discharge port. SOLUTION: A chip housing body 42 provided with a chip discharge port 65 is attached to the outer peripheral surface of a tool main body 31 having a cutter provided in its tip outer peripheral part so as to be adjusted for position in a circumferential direction. The chip housing body 42 is provided with a positioning pin 47 connected to a fitting recess 23 provided in a machine tool 10 when an arbor 38 is connected to the tool main body 31 so as to be adjusted for position in a circumferential direction. Further, a positioning ring 46 having positioning scales is integrally fixed in the outer periphery of the chip housing body 42 and, also, roughly in the axial middle part of the arbor 38, a positioning ring 61 having positioning scales is provided. By rotating the positioning pin 47 and the chip discharge port 65 in the circumferential direction while seeing the positioning scales, angular positions are easily and accurately set.
