SURFACE TREATED METAL PANEL EXCELLENT IN PROCESSABILITY, SCRATCH RESISTANCE AND CORROSION RESISTANCE, AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treated metal panel enhanced in corrosion resistance, reduced in the scratch and abrasion of its surface treated film due to the abrasion of copy paper at the time of putting in and out of the copy paper, enhanced in slip properties and markedly reduced in the generation of discoloration or rust caused by sweat at the time of contact with a finger. SOLUTION: A surface treated metal panel is constituted by providing an org. resin layer comprising a urethane resin containing 10-55 wt.% silica, 3-20 wt.% lubricant and 0.05-1 wt.% silane coupling agent and having pencil hardness of H-6H, tensile strength of 330-590 kg/cm2 and elongation of 180-450% on the surface of a metal panel.
