PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighter cover igniter entirely different in appearance from an easy lighter and superior in function and operation to the easy lighter. SOLUTION: In an easy lighter 1 having a nozzle hood 1b and a piezoelectric pressing element 1c provided in a neighboring relation with each other on a top of a resin-made rod-like fuel tank 1a in which a liquefied gas fuel is sealed and capable of performing a release of a fuel injection valve and a discharge ignition by a downward push of the piezoelectric pressing element 1c, a pivot shaft 3A is provided on a top end at a pressing element side of a resin-made outer enclosure case 2A opened in the top end for housing the easy lighter 1, an operation handle to be gripped together with the enclosure case 2A with a hand is pivoted on the pivot shaft 3A, a slot 10 in which an operation cam 9 provided on a lower part of the operation handle is allowed to penetrate is provided in a bottom of the enclosure case 2A, and the piezoelectric pressing element 1c is moved downward for performing an ignition by pushing the rod- like fuel tank 1a of the easy lighter 1 upward by the operation cam 9.
