PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely close a valve at a fluid temperature a little lower than the prescribed temperature by movably seating a main valve element in a valve seat side by a fluid pressure applied to the main valve element, when a pilot valve is moved by a temperature sensitive means. SOLUTION: In opening of a main valve element 2, the main valve element 2 is arranged by a spool valve 3, or a pilot valve for cutting off a part facing to an inflow passage 100 and, when the spool valve 3 is driven by a temperature sensitive means at some temperature or lower, the spool valve 3 sets the main valve element 2 to be movable to a position communicated with a part facing to the inflow passage 100. In closing of the main valve element 2, the spool valve 3 is positioned in the valve seat side of the main valve element 2, the main valve element 2 is positioned facing to the inflow passage 100, and when the spool valve 3 is driven by a temperature sensitive means at some temperature or lower, the spool valve 3 is moved to an opening valve position side of the main valve element 2 so that the main valve element 2 cuts off the position facing the inflow passage 100.
