PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part attaching clip which can be removed from a part to be attached as required. SOLUTION: A head part comprising a first flange part 50 and a second flange part 60 is engaged with an attaching part. A leg part 70 is inserted into and engaged with a polygonal hole of a part to be attached. The leg part 70 has an engaging surface 77 which projects outside thereof and is engaged with a back of the part to be attached when positioned at the center of a side part of the polygonal hole, and which enters inside thereof and is disengaged from the part to be attached when positioned at a corner part of the polygonal hole. The leg part 70 also has an inclined surface 78 which projects elastically outside the polygonal hole when the engaging surface 77 is positioned at the corner part of the polygonal hole and which reduces its diameter so as to enter inside an inner periphery of the polygonal hole when pressed thereby. A projection part 76 abutting on an inner periphery of the polygonal hole also can be formed.
