PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To show precisely display for promoting maintenance according to a using condition by changing a predetermined time according to an absentation of a lubricating medium of an internal combustion engine, and displaying judged result on a display means when an operating time of the internal combustion engine is longer than a prescribed time. SOLUTION: An oil level position signal when lubricating oil does not exist on an oil pan is detected as an absentation signal, and it is judged whether lubricating oil is exchanged or not. A value of a lubricating oil exchange time can be changed according to such a history whether the lubricating oil is exchanged or not. A time for exchanging initial lubricating oil is set to a short time, and a time for the later exchanging of lubricating oil can be set to a long time. In the case where it is judged that an operating time of the internal combustion engine has been operated for an integer multiple of a prescribed time, a display is performed for promoting exchange of lubricating oil of an operating panel 50. It is thus possible to perform display for promoting maintenance inspection according to a using condition.
