LOCKING STRUCTURE OF BOLT OR NUT, AND MOUNTING METHOD FOR ROTATION-PREVENTING MEMBER AND BOLT OR NUT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and inexpensive lockingly structure of a bolt or a nut fastening a sound-absorbing panel to a flange portion of a beam material having a cross section of H, L or reverse C shape. SOLUTION: In the case where a sound-absorbing panel 405 is mounted to a flange portion 410 of a beam material of an H type steel 401 by threadedly- engaging a bolt 412 with a nut 411 fixed to the inside of the sound-absorbing panel 405, a rotation-preventing member 408 is engaged with a head portion 407 of the bolt 412. A magnetic rubber 409 is adhered to the rotation-preventing member 408 and a rotation of the bolt 412 is restricted and a loosening thereof is prevented by magnetically attracting a magnetic rubber 409 to the flange portion 410.
