PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for an on-vehicle blower that has excellent mountability and can always effectively reduce vibration. SOLUTION: A plurality of locking pins 21 are projected from a prescribed place on the car body side, a mount rubber 16 engaged with each locking pin 21 is mounted on a bracket portion 14 of a blower, the mount rubber 16 defines a cylindrical configuration having both end flanges 18, 18, a plurality of projecting streaks 19 directing axially are projectingly formed in equal interval on the outer peripheral surface and are engagingly pressed into a circular mounting hole provided in the bracket portion 14 of the blower, and locking pins 21a-21c are inserted into and engaged with an inner peripheral hole of the mount rubber 16 mounted to the blower to mount the blower on the car body side.
