PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding door, open-close operation of which is facilitated. SOLUTION: In the sliding doors 2, projecting door pulls 3 are installed to stiles 21, the front end sides of the door pulls 3 can be rotated in the open- close direction of the sliding doors 2 while using the base end sections of the door pulls 3 as fulcra, the stiles 21 of the sliding doors 2 are released from a window frame 1 while being interlocked with the pulling operation of the door pulls 3 when the door pulls 3 are pulled in the opening direction of the sliding doors 2, and the sliding doors 2 have locking means, by which the stiles 21 of the sliding doors 2 are locked to the window frame 1 when the sliding doors 2 are closed.
