PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide soil improvement equipment which does not depend on the expansion limit of sheet member or the maximum amplitude of the vibrating amplitude. SOLUTION: This soil improvement equipment is a hollow rod, and the rod 12 is spirally surrounded by vanes and this rod is a pipe member having a closed end portion inserted to the rod. In this case, a pipe member 13 with at least one opening 34 and a sheet member 14 restricting a closed space 36 connected to the opening in part of the pipe member are included.
