PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make consumers able to readily utilize spicy fresh vegetables without impairing feeling in chewing and flavor by freezing spicy fresh vegetables in a seal-packaged state. SOLUTION: This frozen, spicy fresh vegetable product is produced by grating spicy fresh vegetables with a grater and by throwing the grated product in a container or one for seal-packaging, followed by storing it in a frozen state. It is possible to apply spicy vegetable juice to cooked food and/or spicy drink where the coexistence of fibrous materials is not needed, by holding spicy vegetable juice collected when grating spicy vegetables as well, followed by storing it in a frozen state in the same way. |
