PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily move and install a muddy water treating device for separating sediment and water from muddy water and facilitate leveling of a required part of the device even on the sloped ground by mounting the muddy water treating device on a crawler type traveling truck. SOLUTION: A muddy water treating device 20 can be operated by a power source used for power of a crawler driving engine 15, even without an external power source in an installation site. The device 20 is mounted on a crawler type traveling truck 10 with large slope climbing force so as to have high traveling capacity on the soft ground and rough terrain of a work site, unliable to be out of travel on the way, turnable sharp and capable of entering a narrow corner to allow muddy water treating work to be performed in proximity to a muddy water source. A front outrigger 31, a rear left outrigger 32 and a rear right outrigger can be individually put in extensive operation, so that the muddy water treating device 20 can be set in conformity to the ground unevenness of a work place. Horizontal leveling of the muddy water treating device 20 can be facilitated by easy movement regardless of a slope and unevenness of the ground.
