PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring the interior of a cabin into a comfortable environment without varying setting of an air-conditioning device occasioned by opening and closing of a door and a window by a worker. SOLUTION: When a flow between air in the driver cab 1 and outside air is generated by release of some one of the door 10 for elevation of a driver cab 1, a front door 9, the window of the door 10 for elevation, and the window of the front door 9, air to increase cooling capacity or heating capacity is automatically supplied to a spot outlet 7 and a front outlet 6 to eliminate the influence of an outside air temperature.
