PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute correct soldering to improve the yield. SOLUTION: In a method and a device for soldering an electric wire in which a scalping work is applied to an end part, flux is applied to the end part of the exposed core wire and then, this end part of the core wire is soldered, the end part of the core wore E to which the flux is applied is heated and then, a soldering process is carried out. By executing a secondary scalping work on the coated end part of a coated electric wire W in which soldering is finished, the scalped end part E of the coated electric wire W is finished to the final finishing size L.
