PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb the pulsation near an actuator with taking up no space by providing an elastic layer containing closed cells, by preferably laminating three layers or more, and by setting the intermediate layer to the elastic layer containing the closed cells. SOLUTION: This hydraulic hose 1 is provided with a five-layer laminated structure and laminates an elastic layer 14 containing closed cells around the outside of the innermost oilproof rubber layer 15. The elastic layer 14 containing the closed cell is made of rubber containing a lot of closed cells in its inside and, for example, a thermosetting resin having some extent of strength such as NBR and fluororubber is suitable for a component. A fabric layer 13, a wire blade layer 12, and the outermost weatherproof rubber layer 11 are laminated around the outside of the elastic layer 14 containing the closed cells. The pulsation in flowing the hydraulic oil inside an inner hole 16 is reduced by being absorbed by the volume change in the closed cells in the elastic layer 14 containing the closed cells and the volume change in the elastic body.
