PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxial rotational device by one operating shaft capable of rotating two axes automatically in accordance with a proper operating order only by simply specifying a rotational direction of the one operating shaft without considering the operating order. SOLUTION: When one operating shaft 40 is rotated in the valve opening direction R1, an auxiliary valve element is opened by rotating an auxiliary shaft side clutch 32 and a shaft 14 in the normal direction by 90 degrees. Thereafter, a main shaft side clutch 31 and an upper valve stem 4 are rotated in the normal direction by 90 degrees following rotation of the auxiliary shaft side clutch 32 and a main valve element is opened. Additionally, when the operating shaft 40 is rotated in the valve closing direction R2, an arm 37 is rotated by 90 degrees in the opposite direction and closes the main valve element by following autorotation in the normal direction and revolution in the opposite direction of a planetary gear 35. Additionally, the auxiliary shaft side clutch 32 and the shaft 14 are rotated by 90 degrees in the opposite direction and close the auxiliary valve element.
