PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust pipe supporting device whose dimension in the axial direction is enlarged, in which the absolute spring constant over the whole frequency range of 600 Hz or less, in particular around 500 Hz, is lowered while the strength and static spring constant are well maintained. SOLUTION: This exhaust pipe supporting device in a ring form is equipped with a first holding part 1 on the car body side, a second holding part 2 on the exhaust pipe side, a pair of side walls 3 to couple them together by the two sides in such a way as apart from each other, and a central vibration control part 5 positioned in the intermediate position between the two holding parts 1 and 2, wherein the thickness T in the axial direction of the first holding part 1 is set to 30-40 mm, the thickness T1 of the two side walls 3 set to 40-80% of T, and the width to 9-30% of T, and further the hardness of the resilient material such as rubber should be over 60 deg.
