SOLUTION: In a reinforcing frame for foundation construction, both ends of a plurality of horizontal reinforcements 3,... are welded to a pair of both side reinforcements 1, 2 extended in parallel, every requested space by welding parts 4,..., and an axial reinforcement 5 parallel with both side reinforcements 1, 2 is rotatably clamped to the center parts of the horizontal reinforcements 3. The lower ends of a plurality of longitudinal reinforcements 1,... are welded to the axial reinforcement 5 every requested space by weld parts 7,..., and reinforcements 8, 9 extended parallel with both side reinforcements 1, 2 are welded to the ends and center parts of the longitudinal reinforcements 6. As to the horizontal reinforcements 3, bent horizontal reinforcements 3-1 with one ends bent downward, and linear horizontal reinforcements 3-2 are alternately arranged and respectively welded to the lower side of the side reinforcement 1, and the bent horizontal reinforcements 3-1 are welded to the upper side of the side reinforcement 2, while the linear horizontal reinforcements 3-2 are welded to the lower side of the side reinforcement 2.
