摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastering block which has sufficient strength in spite of thin lightweight one, low manufacturing cost and easy operation, and reduced construction cost, and further which has a projecting section as the handhold and foothold of a falling person when the plastering block is executed to a reservoir, etc., and to provide; an execution method thereof and a composition for reinforced mortar optimum for manufacturing the plastering block. SOLUTION: The plastering block is formed in a sheet shape and projecting strips for reinforcement are formed continuously to four side sections. Projecting bulges capable of being connected to adjacent blocks in a rockable manner and recessed sections, into which the projecting bulges can be fitted, are formed selectively to the outer edge sections of the projecting strips of the four side sections. The plastering blocks 1 are laid and arranged on a cushioning material having water permeability or soil and sand, and connected to the adjacent plastering blocks 1 in the rockable manner in the projecting bulges 4 and the recessed sections 5 formed to the projecting strips 3 of each four side section at that time. In the composition for reinforced mortar, cement, sand, glass fiber, a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, a water reducing agent, and an antifoamer are blended.
