PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a loading efficiency for other cargoes after completion of transporting liquid by a liquid transporting flexible container bag and further improve an efficient transportation. SOLUTION: A movable pallet 3 provided with a required number of hooks 7 for fastening belts for use in fastening liquid transporting flexible container bags 5 loaded on an upper surface is arranged in such a way that it can be lifted up or descended down by a lifting mechanism 4 installed on a cargo table. During transportation of liquid, the movable pallet 3 is grounded on a floor surface 2 of the cargo table and then the pallet is lifted up or descended near a ceiling of the cargo table. |
