<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a driving method of a device for compressing and supplying a film system mixed waste plastic in order to improve treatment effects of a molten grain device. SOLUTION: A given volume of a film 8 is detected by a light sensor 6, and inserted. After the insertion, a compressing cylinder rod 2a is moved from one side of a device body 4 to a position forwarded by a given interval 7 from a tip part 1a in a hopper 1 for compressing the film 8. At that time, since the film 8 is not sandwiched between the cylinder rod 2a and the hopper tip part 1a, shear fracture does not occur. Then, the compressing cylinder rod 2a is returned to one side of the device body 4, and the film 8 in the hopper 1 is dropped into a compression part 4a of the device body 4. By repeating the action in plural times, the total volume of the film 8 in the hopper 1 is accommodated in the compression part of the device body 4. Next, the compressing cylinder rod 2a is completely pushed into the other side of the device body 4, resulting in completion of compression. Thereby, since the film 8 is not sandwiched between the cylinder rod 2a and the tip part 1a of the hopper 1, the shear fracture does not occur and the cylinder mechanism 2 does not require a large power.</p> |
