PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact arm having both spiking properties at the time of oblique driving and smoothness properties at the time of slap driving. SOLUTION: A contact arm 4 is provided with slipping pawls 11 and 12 for slap driving, which have tip end angle parts 11b and 12b in a circular arc shape each at their tip ends, and with spiking pawls 14 through 16 for oblique driving, and it is so constituted that each slipping pawl 11 and 12 is projected ahead beyond each spiking pawl 14 through 16, and furthermore, each spiking pawl 14 through 16 for oblique driving is bent to the outer circumferential side.
