PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual brake device that can reduce operating force without changing a lever ratio. SOLUTION: When a brake lever 30 is operated to rise, a pin member 65 is engaged with an engaging part 62 of a yoke member 61, and the brake lever 30 is energized in the rising direction from a change point into a rising position, so that the brake lever 30 can be raised into the rising position even with small operating force. The pin member 65 is detached from the engaging part 62 of the yoke member 61 when the brake lever 30 is operated to fall, so that the brake lever 30 is not energized by an energizing means. |
